Hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
For an appointment: You will need a referral and authorization from your
primary care provider. Providers can submit referrals and authorizations at
www.econsultie.com/ecrm (also linked in top menu). Once the referral/authorization are received,
you will be contacted by our staff to schedule an appointment.
