Referral Guidelines

• Referral must meet the ARMC Specialty Protocol Guidelines.
• All diagnostic information must be included.
• Authorizations must include consult codes and follow-up visits as needed.
• Incomplete referrals will be returned and missing information must be submitted. The complete referral needs to be resubmitted.

For an appointment: You will need a referral and authorization from your primary care provider. Providers can submit referrals and authorizations to www.econsultie.com/ecrm (also linked in top menu). Once the referral/authorization are received, you will be contacted by our staff to schedule an appointment.
