County employees vaccinate centenarians against COVID-19

On March 6, at the Fontana Community Senior Center Vaccination Event, Miss Rosie, 104, received her vaccination. She is full of wit and wisdom. Miss Rosie lived in Shreveport, Louisiana for most of her life, and ran her own dry cleaning shop. Her visit was the highlight of the day for the staff. Thank you for coming to get vaccinated, Miss Rosie and thank you to the staff who assisted her.

On March 11, the Department of Aging and Adult Services worked with the Public Health team to get a 102-year-old senior vaccinated at the Crest Forest Senior Citizen's Club.
