from USC and subsequently pursued his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree
from Western University of Health Sciences. He was part of the first internal
medicine residency class at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. He then

Philosophy & Approach
My vision for the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Arrowhead Regional
Medical Center is to train residents to be compassionate, devoted, and
well-versed internists by balancing academic goals with clinical diversity
within a supportive and shared learning environment. Moreover, our program
is passionate about giving residents as much autonomy as possible. We
believe that when residents take ownership of their patients from an early
point in residency, they become invested in continuously improving their
knowledge and clinical skills. Additionally, by providing a setting rich
in resources and faculty support, we encourage residents to cultivate
their curiosity and contribute to the medical research community. Ultimately,
our goal as a training program is to challenge residents so that they
are comfortable practicing in any setting of their choice upon graduation.
